Refund policy

Shopping Credit is the only option for returns. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method for any reason.
If you need to start a return claim, please send a message to lakeshoreoasisboutique@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number in the email. You must get a return authorization before sending in your return. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping. Keep your tracking number so you can track your return. We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund in store credit.

Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any makeup stains, pet hair, etc

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged/Defective or incorrect items:
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us at lakeshoreoasisboutique@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. We will do our best to immediately correct these issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered, but once the package has been scanned and marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
