Can I make a change to my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are sometimes limited to the changes we can make. Please contact us immediately if any changes need to be made and we will do the best we can to accommodate.
Can I change/personalize the wording on a design?
Some designs can be personalized. Please send an email to lakeshoreoasisboutique@gmail.com with your request to see if it is an option for your design. Requests for Trademarked names will be denied.
How long does artwork take for a custom request?
Please allow up to 5 business days for custom artwork. Depending on the design, it may be available for preview/approval sooner.
